The total package price is USD 5,991 per person (twin share). A single supplement of USD 1,345 applies. An optional Bhutan Spirit Sanctuary extension is available at USD 2,298 per person (single supplement USD 500 extra). Estimated international flights cost USD 200 to 500 per person based on 2026 fares.

Bhutan Sustainable Development Fees (USD 100 per person per night), visa fees, all accommodation on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner), a dedicated driver and experienced senior guide throughout, private transportation in a 4x4, all meals and culinary experiences (excluding alcohol) as per the itinerary, all curated experiences as per the itinerary, all monument entrance fees, and a domestic flight from Bumthang to Paro.

International airfares to and from Bhutan, travel insurance, alcoholic beverages, personal expenses (laundry, spa treatments, shopping), tips and gratuities for guide and driver, any additional services not specified in the itinerary, and costs arising from unforeseen circumstances.

Zhiwaling Heritage (Paro, Junior Suite), Sonam Zhidhey Resort (Haa, Deluxe Room), Simtokha Wellness Resort 5-star (Thimphu, Cottage), Dhensa Boutique Resort 4-star (Punakha, Suite), and Swiss Guest House (Bumthang, Standard Room). All are on a half-board basis.

An optional extension at Bhutan Spirit Sanctuary, in a Balcony Room (double). The extension package is USD 2,298 per person (single supplement USD 500) and includes accommodation, visa fees, SDF, applicable taxes, guide and vehicle.

Bhutan's government levies an SDF of USD 100 per person per night. This fee supports free healthcare and education for Bhutanese citizens, environmental conservation, cultural preservation, and sustainable infrastructure. It is included in the total package price.

Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended. The journey involves high-altitude travel, outdoor activities, and varying weather conditions.

Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival receive a full refund minus deposit and bank fees. Cancellations 15 to 30 days before arrival incur a 50% charge. Cancellations fewer than 15 days before arrival receive no refund. No refunds are provided for unused services.

Horse riding in Haa Valley is an optional activity at a supplement of USD 100 per person, subject to availability and advance arrangement.

The hike requires moderate fitness and takes approximately 3 to 4 hours to reach the monastery. Guides accompany guests throughout. Ponies are available for hire for the ascent to the halfway point (must be booked at least 48 hours in advance) and are not available for the descent.
