A festival surcharge of 0 to 15% may apply during Bhutanese festival periods.

Bhutan Sustainable Development Fee (USD 100 per person per night), visa fees, all accommodation, a dedicated English-speaking guide and driver throughout, private 4x4 transportation, all meals and culinary experiences (excluding alcohol) as per the itinerary, all curated experiences, and all monument entrance fees.

International airfares to and from Bhutan, travel insurance, alcoholic beverages, personal expenses (laundry, spa treatments, shopping), tips and gratuities for guide and driver, any additional services not in the itinerary, and costs from unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays or weather.

Yes, all travellers except Indian nationals require a Bhutan visa, processed only after full payment. The visa processing fee is USD 40 per person and is non-refundable. A passport valid for at least 6 months from travel date is required.

Cancellations must be made in writing. More than 30 days before arrival: full refund minus deposit and bank fees. 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of total package price. Less than 15 days before arrival: no refund. No refunds for unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.

Travel insurance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended, as the journey involves high-altitude travel, outdoor activities, and varying weather conditions.
